Our client, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support daily office operations and recruiting activities at their Waltham, MA location. This is a 3-6 month onsite assignment, working 34-40 hours per week with a 7:30 AM start time and varied end times throughout the week. Job Responsibilities:

Support daily office operations, front desk coverage, and visitor managementCoordinate office services, vendors, deliveries, and supply inventoryAssist with kitchen, pantry, conference room upkeep, and onsite meeting supportHelp with office events, employee swag distribution, and special projectsSupport office decommissioning and upcoming office moveCoordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviewsCommunicate interview logistics with candidates and hiring teamsGreet onsite candidates and ensure a professional interview experiencePrepare conference rooms and technology for interviews and meetings

Candidate Qualifications:
