**Temporary Data Entry - Recruiter** **Position:** Temporary Data Entry Recruiter **Duration:** 1-2 months **Pay:** $18 per hour **Hours:** Flexible (during normal business hours), part-time only **Start Date:** ASAP **Job Duties:** + **Proficient in Excel:** Ability to interpret information and input data accurately into Excel. Data reporting skills would be a huge plus. + **Proficient in using an ATS System:** Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential. + **Independent Worker:** Must be able to work independently with minimal instruction and leadership. While support will be available for questions, the role requires self-sufficiency. + **Data Interpretation:** Ability to review resumes and accurately note relevant information (e.g., "she has been in sales for 19 years" or "based in Utah" if the address is not provided). + **Recruiting Experience:** Not necessarily required, but it wouldn't hurt! **Responsibilities:** + Pull data from our ATS into an Excel sheet for analysis by the interviewer. + Conduct follow-up calls and appointment scheduling (no cold calling). **Requirements:** + Strong proficiency in Excel and ATS systems. + Ability to work independently and interpret data without constant supervision. + Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Flexible availability during normal business hours.
