Temporary Commencement Assistant

Responsibilities may include administrative support, coordination assistance, scheduling, data management, and general operational support as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a short-term, temporary assignment averaging 10–20 hours per week, with reduced hours during January and February and increased availability closer to Commencement. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on event needs. **Position Details:** Onsite | Temporary | Part-Time | Non-Exempt **Department:** Office of University Advancement **Hourly Range:** $23-$25.
