Job details Spherion Staffing has a temporary Cleaner position available in Detroit Lakes, MN, which will provide cleaning support of common areas of a manufacturing plant.


Schedule: M-F, 6am-2:30pm
Assignment Length: 3-6 months

Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
-Check the Lounge and spot clean as needed ... -Sweep and mop every Friday (2 hrs) - Yellow Brick Road
-Empty 6 production toters at the end of every day

Weekly tasks:
-Lounge - Full clean once a week, which includes - put chairs on tables, sweep and mop floors, wash tables, vacuum rugs, empty garbage, clean microwaves, wash countertops, fill supplies (2 hrs);
-Vacuum upstairs (2 hrs) and all high traffic areas and both entryways (10-20 min)
-Recycling (Mon-early Tue) collect all recycling garbages for pick up on Tuesdays.
-Empty water machine trays weekly or as needed

Bi-weekly tasks:
-Clean door window in entryways
-Sweep and mop stairs to top parking lot 1-2 times per month as needed (30 min)
-Hallway around lockers - sweep and mop (30 min)
-Media Center - vacuum and wipe down tables

Monthly tasks:
-Check the Training Room, Tan Room and Board room monthly. Vacuum and wipe tables and counters, empty garbage, etc
-Clean sinks on Yellow Brick Road

Miscellaneous Tasks:
-Stock Room - Make sure items are put away when supplies are received.
-Garbage cans are emptied when needed and water cooler cups are filled as needed
-Miscellaneous duties as assigned
