**Position Type:** Term-Appointed Employee/Temp Pool
**Hourly Rate:** $23–$25 / hour (Commensurate with experience)
The Dean’s Office at the Carroll School of Management is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role serves as the first point of contact for the office, providing essential administrative support to ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Front Desk Management:** Serve as the primary receptionist for the Dean’s Office; greet and direct faculty, staff, students, and visitors with a high level of professionalism.
+ **Communications:** Manage incoming calls and inquiries; answer phones, screen requests, and route messages to the appropriate parties.
+ **Scheduling & Coordination:** Manage calendars for conference rooms and meeting spaces; assist in scheduling internal and external meetings.
+ **Event Support:** Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of school-wide events and special projects as needed.
+ **Office Administration:** Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
