Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Accounts Receivable Associate who will play a key role in managing our new HighRadius customer portal. This position involves calling current and potential clients to enroll them into the portal, assisting with registration, and guiding customers through setting up their invoices. You will help navigate overdue customer bills, communicate via phone and email, and document interactions. This role also involves supporting the Accounts Receivable team as needed and submitting reports on account statuses.

ResponsibilitiesCall current customers and potential clients to enroll them in the HighRadius portal.Assist customers with portal registration and invoice setup.Help navigate and input overdue customer bills.Contact customers via phone and email.Explain the new customer portal and assist with enrollment.Follow communication procedures and guidelines.Document interactions with customers.Submit reports regarding the status of accounts.Assist with AR team tasks as needed.Essential Skills1+ years of Accounts Receivable/Invoice experience.1+ years of phone experience (calling customers).Strong customer service experience.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Tech-savvy with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.Typing speed of 40 words per minute.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration, accounting, or related field is a plus.Proven experience in customer service, financial administration, or a related field.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite five days a week, with an eight-hour workday and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Flexible start hours are available between 7 am and 9 am, with a consistent daily schedule. The office features open pit-style cubicles, fostering a collaborative environment. Employees enjoy free parking at a nearby garage and convenient access to the Bethesda Metro, just three blocks away.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04/hr.
