Our client, a fast-growing tech start-up, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Senior HR Director to join its leadership team in New York City for 3-6 months. This person will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling people operations during a period of transformation, leadership transition, and systems implementation. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, required; HR certification, preferred.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally at the Senior Director, Head of People, or VP level, required.Hands-on experience implementing to a PEO and HRIS platform; Rippling experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end people operations, including payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and compliance, required.Exposure to large-company best practices with hands-on experience in a small or high-growth environment, preferred.Proven ability to operate independently in lean environments, establish credibility quickly, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and partner effectively with executive leadership.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and day-to-day execution while maintaining a high-touch, people-first approach.

The pay for this role is $65-$100/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
