Our client, a technology company, is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at their Dulles, VA office!

About the Job:

Serve as the point of contact for questions, concerns, and other needs.Support benefits, open enrollment, and compliance measures.Assist with recruitment processes and manage the onboarding experience for new hires.Develop and improve training materials in line with regulations.Perform additional tasks to contribute to the culture and productivity of the workplace as required.

About You:

5+ years of strong human resource generalist or people operations experience.2+ years of government contracting or manufacturing experience.SHRM-CP or other certifications are preferred.Comfortability using AI tools for efficiency.Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.

About the Position:
