Job Title: Temp Administrative AssistantJob Description This role primarily involves answering phones and performing follow-up administrative tasks related to phone calls. Responsibilities include sending invoice copies, reviewing customer purchase summaries, conducting account reviews, taking customer payments over the phone, and additional miscellaneous administrative work. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Heavy phone experience is a must. + Customer-service oriented. + Quick learner. Work Environment The role is based at the corporate (central) office at the front desk. It is a temporary role with the potential to leave a positive impression on the team and open up opportunities to work on the Customer Service Representative team if a position becomes available. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
