\n\t\t\t\t\t- Call current customers and potential clients to enroll them into High radius portal\n- Assist customers with portal registration\n- Assist customers with setting up their invoices in the system\n- Help navigate and input overdue customer bills\n- Contact customers via phone and email\n- Explain our new customer portal, HighRadius, and help customers enroll to gain access to the portal\n- Follow communication procedures and guidelines\n- Document interactions with customers\n- Submit reports regarding status of accounts\n- Assist with AR team as needed

\n\t\t\t\t\t- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration, accounting or related field is a plus.\n- 1+ years of Accounting experience preferably on the AR side\n- 1+ years of Customer Service/Phone experience \n- Strong attention to detail\n- Ability to work independently and as a team\n- Ability to work in a fast pace environment\n- Proven experience in customer service, financial administration, or a related field.\n- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\n- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04/hr.
