**職務内容:**
**What You’ll Do**
**Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships.**
**Use Sales Tool for Customer Research and Sales Strategy Development.**
**Deliver consistent high quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend appropriate solution and creating value.**
**Answer customer questions as required to support customer business and resolves billing issues as needed.**
**Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience.**
**Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence.**
**Ensures Contractual Compliance.**
**Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.**
**Your Skills & Requirements**
**Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.**
**1 year sales experience preferably in Air Express, Logistics or Transportation industry. Fresh graduated is also welcomed.**
**Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.**
**Possess understanding of local business environment is an added advantage.**
**Good written and spoken English.**
**Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach.**
**Proficient in Microsoft Applications.**
