Job Description:

What You’ll DoProspect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships.Use Sales Tool for Customer Research and Sales Strategy Development.Deliver consistent high quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend appropriate solution and creating value.Answer customer questions as required to support customer business and resolves billing issues as needed.Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience.Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence.Ensures Contractual Compliance.Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.Your Skills & RequirementsMinimum Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.1 year sales experience preferably in Air Express, Logistics or Transportation industry. Fresh graduated is also welcomed.Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Possess understanding of local business environment is an added advantage.Good written and spoken English.Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach.Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
