Temp-to-Hire position$11.00 to $13.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Sunday from 08:00am to 11:00pm)Answer high-volume inbound calls in a timely and professional mannerTake accurate messages and relay them to clients via email, text, or software systemTransfer calls according to client instructionsSchedule appointments and update calendarsFollow client-specific scripts and call handling procedures Handle emergency and after-hours calls appropriatelyEnter detailed call notes into computer systemMaintain confidentiality of client and caller informationTelephone agent Qualifications:
