Telepharmacy Support Specialist Supervisor - Evernorth

We’re looking for a Telepharmacy Support Specialist Supervisor to oversee daily Support team operations, manage scheduling, and help maintain service quality. This role combines leadership, communication, training support, and hands‑on staffing coverage (up to 60%).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Support staff workflow and performanceCreate and manage monthly schedules; coordinate sick/vacation coverageServe as liaison between TSS staff and TSS ManagerSupport training for new hires and existing staffCommunicate team needs, updates, and company initiativesAssist with on‑call rotation and obtain multi‑state licenses as neededProvide flexible availability, including emergency support

Qualifications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification + at least one active state licenseLevel II or higherAbility to work 2nd/3rd shiftsStrong communication, organization, and independent work skillsProficiency with Google Workspace or similar toolsKnowledge of HIPAA and company policies

Preferred: MTM certification, ASHP membership, experience in med rec, tech order entry, or PIS queue monitoring.

As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within 
our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on 
specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and 
health systems.
 


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 51,600 - 86,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
