Assess and manage medical assistance cases for Compass policyholders.Provide clinical advice to patients, families, employers, and internal teams.Evaluate medical urgency, determine care pathways, and escalate high‑risk cases when needed.Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations with International SOS Assistance Centers.Liaise with treating physicians to verify care quality and suitability.Document all clinical actions accurately for case management and claims support.Support referral processes and ensure patients receive appropriate, vetted medical care.Participate in shift work and regional on‑call rosters.Why Join Us:
