Job Functions: Monitors all system alarms and notifies proper departments. Handles all codes in a professional manner. Answers Physicians answering service phone and directs calls accordingly. Coordinates helicopter landings for transporting critical patients. Directs all incoming switchboard calls in a professional manner. Trains all new employees on operation of PBX Switchboard.
