Detailed Job Description:

Work with a statewide deployment team to assist with migration from Agency’s on-premise Cisco VoIP system to WebEx enterprise cloud platform. Test, deploy and troubleshoot telecommunications hardware including VoIP telephones, routers, gateways and other equipment. Execute documented test procedures to verify migration of all site main and DiD lines to the cloud system. Test operation of telecommunications equipment ensuring power and network connectivity Meet with IT project team members to provide daily progress reports and regular project updates.  

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience. OR Five years of related experience OR Two years of experience at the lower-level Telecommunications Specialist 1 or position equivalent.
