Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telecom Network Operations Center Engineer to join their team. As a Telecom Network Operations Center Engineer, you will be part of the Network Operations Center supporting the monitoring and troubleshooting of a nationwide fixed and wireless network. The ideal candidate will have good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to change, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Telecom Network Operations Center Engineer
**Location:** Frisco, TX
**Mon - Fri 1pm to 9:30pm central - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home**
**What's the Job?**
+ Troubleshooting outage, simplex, and frame loss tickets.
+ Creating tickets with vendors and interacting with field teams.
+ Answering incoming calls and providing support to network operations.
+ Mining various systems for data analysis to identify process issues.
+ Conducting conference calls to discuss network outages and recommend improvements.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 1 year of relevant experience in NOC or transport-related work.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
+ Experience with Service Now and the ability to learn internal tools.
+ CCNA certification is a nice to have.
+ Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to work.
