Role Overview

Identify inefficiencies, map current-state processes, facilitate root-cause analysis, and implement countermeasures that improve quality, cycle time and cost. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends/variation, and translate data into clear insights and recommended actions. Improve and scale dashboards, trackers, and workflow tools; automate manual reporting; ensure data integrity and clarity of definitions. Develop standard work, documentation, training, and control plans to ensure process changes are adopted and maintained. Lead structured problem-solving sessions (e.g., process mapping, prioritization, review meetings) to align with internal teams and partners. Support TechOps daily operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 of experience in aviation industry is preferred Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, or similar) and building repeatable metrics  Experience improving digital workflows and dashboards, such as Salesforce and Spotfire  Proven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environment  Proven written and verbal communication skills  Effective problem-solving skills
