3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolveStrong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologiesExcellent and efficient skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools and AI applicationsProficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like wayCollaborative, team-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and openness to active developmental feedback from peers
