You will shape technology strategy, partner with Sales during pre‑sales cycles, and guide development teams in creating impactful demo environments and proof‑of‑concepts. This role sits within the Digital & Technology Product Management function and blends technology advisory, productization, solution narrative development, and cross‑functional influence. Your work will directly inform offering design, reusable asset creation, and executive‑level storytelling. You’ll ensure our solutions are aligned to business goals, grounded in responsible use, and consistently positioned to win in market. **What You’ll Do** Technology Strategy & Advisory - Serve as the primary SME for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, articulating value, risk, adoption pathways, and business impact. - Convert technical concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives, frameworks, and solution recommendations. - Advise clients on aligning digital workplace capabilities with operating models, team workflows, and productivity goals. - Incorporate Responsible AI principles and client‑specific standards into strategy and adoption planning. Demo & Proof‑of‑Concept Leadership - Guide development teams on building demo environments and POCs that demonstrate realistic business scenarios and measurable value. - Ensure demos and accelerators are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft innovations and best practices. - Translate customer or client needs into technical direction for POC development teams. Sales Enablement & Revenue Support - Partner actively with Sales in pre‑sales discovery, solution shaping, and executive pitches as a technology strategy lead. - Contribute to team revenue goals with an individual target incorporated into the larger team objective. - Create value propositions, differentiators, and reusable sales assets that strengthen competitive positioning. - Participate in RFP responses (as applicable), client briefings, and tailored solution presentations. Productization & Offering Development - Develop reusable IP including frameworks, methodologies, templates, and playbooks for consistent delivery across clients. - Translate customer insights and needs into product‑aligned requirements, supporting the planning, design, and refinement of offerings. - Support strategic product roadmaps and work closely with design, engineering, and business partners. - Drive clarity by documenting technology requirements, changes, and release expectations. Consulting Delivery Excellence - Act as an embedded SME across engagements—guiding technology alignment, adoption strategy, and risk considerations. - Facilitate user stories, refinement sessions, requirement workshops, and testing/validation cycles. - Provide regular updates and executive stakeholder communication to drive transparency and alignment. - Work within broad policies and guidelines, leveraging experience to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions. The minimum salary for the Technology Strategy Senior Consultant position is $140,000 annually [or $67.31 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Technology Strategy Senior Consultant position is $166,000 annually [or $80.00 per hour]. The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
