Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a **Technology Sourcer I** to join their team. As a **Technology Sourcer I** , you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the organization's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building diverse talent pipelines, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Johnston, RI 02919**
**Pay Range: $25-$29/hr on W2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Define sourcing strategies based on specific business needs, skills, roles, and locations.
+ Source, engage, and qualify active and passive candidates while creating and maintaining talent pipelines.
+ Partner with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure sufficient pipeline levels for current and future hiring demands.
+ Research and implement innovative recruitment methodologies to generate candidate pools.
+ Utilize social media platforms to market roles, attract talent, and develop online communities of target candidates.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5 years of experience sourcing technology candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and online licensing lists.
+ Proven success engaging candidates via social media and other sourcing techniques.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present opportunities and build relationships.
+ Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
+ Experience with diversity sourcing strategies to attract a broad range of candidates.
