As Technology Risk Principal, you will provide independent oversight, advisory and driving risk solutions in accordance with the Technology Risk Program. You will utilize risk-based management to integrate information and technology risk processes into the way AT&T operates. **What You'll Do** + Act as primary contact for Core Tech Operations, Availability & Stability processes + Develop and manage tech risk policies, frameworks, and implementation strategies + Ensure IT standards and policies meet regulatory, risk, and compliance needs + Support risk monitoring, control testing, evidence collection, and audit readiness + Conduct risk and control assessments for new and existing capabilities + Evaluate and enhance Technology Program maturity and capabilities + Build strong relationships with senior leaders, audit, legal, compliance, and IT teams + Deliver executive-level presentations on IT risk exposures and mitigation actions + Assist Director of Tech Risk with escalating high-risk issues to senior leadership **What You'll Bring** + 8-10+ years of work experience in technology, operational risk management, or a related discipline at a fortune 500 company + 7+ years’ experience in risk, control, and governance (e.g., Audit, InfoSec, Compliance) + Skilled in supporting risk management programs across the full lifecycle + Track record of remediating audit, compliance, and regulatory issues + Strong in risk mitigation coordination, governance navigation, and data analysis + Experienced in raising awareness of tech and information risk organization-wide + Proficient in metrics development, reporting, and program execution + Bachelor's degree preferred. **Supervisory:** No. Our Principal Cybersecurity, earns between $141,300.00-$211,900.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
