Technology Project Manager – ICT / Low Voltage Systems

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Compensation: $75,000–$140,000 + bonus opportunities, DOE

You’ll be the go-to project lead for technology systems, responsible for:

Designing, coordinating, and engineering:Structured cabling / telecom systemsElectronic security systemsAudiovisual systemsWireless / Wi‑Fi / DAS and related technology infrastructure Owning the complete design lifecycle from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Closeout. Preparing drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations using Revit and AutoCAD. Conducting and/or delegating job site inspections to verify existing conditions and contractor progress. Applying and interpreting California Building Codes and National Electrical Codes to proactively identify and resolve design issues. Driving internal collaboration with cross-discipline teams (mechanical, electrical, technology) and contributing in project, discipline, and internal improvement meetings. Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices, tools, and processes to lift the entire group. What You Bring

You’re a hands-on Technology PM who thrives in a mix of design, coordination, and client-facing work.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5–15 years of experience in technology/ICT engineering project management (telecom, security, AV, wireless).Proven ability to manage 10+ projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills; able to independently develop detailed drawings and models.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam for documentation and coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education. Comfort with both office-based coordination and field/site inspections. Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working with architects, owners, and contractors.Strong time-management skills and an ability to adapt to evolving project priorities.

Highly Desired (Where You Really Stand Out)

RCDD certification (seen as a key differentiator for this role). PMP or BICSI RTPM – or clear progress toward either.CTS (AVIXA), PE license, or other relevant professional certifications.Experience with Division 27/28 specifications, security and AV system design, and multi-discipline coordination. Experience mentoring junior designers/engineers and serving as a resource for other teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
