What You'll be Doing:

Take on a pivotal role as a Lead Technology Project & Program Manager. Here you’ll independently execute specialized technology tasks and contribute to ensuring our technology projects are completed with quality outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our technology initiatives forward.

Key Tasks:   

Independently manage specialized technology tasks within projects.

Develop and refine project management processes and tools.

Ensure high-quality outcomes in project deliverables.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Communicate project updates and performance to stakeholders.

Collaborate on the development of strategic project plans.

Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Lead post-project evaluations to capture best practices and lessons learned.

Compensation:

$128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
