The Technology Issues & Delivery Management Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence, resolving enterprise level technology issues, and ensuring seamless delivery across all technology functions. This role acts as a primary business partner to Technology, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams—aligning priorities, improving transparency, and strengthening cross functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of multiple levels of managers and individual contributors with focus on delivering service of moderate to high complexity for cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the risk mitigation function or affected by its outcomesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by overseeing strategy and execution of all activitiesLead team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues related to higher risk deliverables; interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity and riskCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadershipEngage and influence business heads, regulators, control management, risk, legal, and audit partners to successfully ensure appropriate management of business riskManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in business groupDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experience4+ years of proven ability to lead issue management programs with strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and technology risk frameworks4+ years of expertise in issue management frameworks, delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and governance models4+ years of strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology environments

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in technology risk management, operational resiliency, and regulatory execution within large-scale banking organizationsExpertise in developing executive dashboards and reporting for issue management and remediation trackingFamiliarity with emerging technology risk frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and operational resiliency requirementsAbility to lead cultural change initiatives that promote transparency and accountability across technology teams
