During this internship, you will be involved in: + Support the Enterprise Architecture team and IT Helpdesk in daily operations and projects. + Assist in process improvement, data quality, and operational efficiency initiatives. + Gain hands-on experience in IT architecture practices, analytics, and support operations. + Collaborate with teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for real-world IT challenges. + Document and maintain IT procedures, reports, and system workflows. + Participate in cross-team discussions to share insights and contribute to decision-making. + Help with data collection, validation, and reporting to support IT strategy and projects.
