This position is responsible for designing and executing employee engagement activities that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The role involves collecting and analyzing data from surveys and feedback channels to identify trends and provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Key responsibilities include preparing executive presentations, identifying requirements, and building dashboards, and collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams to drive engagement initiatives and support change management efforts that promote an inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the role delivers long-term, large-scale solutions aligned with organizational goals, providing strategic vision and expertise on technology-driven initiatives. By partnering with technology teams and senior leaders, this position ensures the successful execution of strategic projects and optimization of operational processes across the organization.
In this role, you will:
Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of businessLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterpriseDeliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plansProvide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywideEngage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processesRequired Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including experience with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Demonstrated experience in executive-level communication, including preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadershipExpertise in change management and driving cultural initiatives within complex organizationsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, technology teams, and senior leaders to influence strategy and outcomesStrong understanding of organizational goals and technology alignment for business solutionsExperience with employee engagement platforms, survey tools, and feedback mechanismsKnowledge of enterprise-level technology operations and strategic planningExperience leading innovation initiatives and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve employee experienceAdvanced proficiency in data analytics tools and strategic workforce planningJob Expectations:
