Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant within Payment Operations joining a team responsible for second level technical and operational support to our Receivables Manager tool and other products within Electronic Commerce Services (ECS). In this role, you will:
Support production environment for Electronic Commerce ServicesResolve complex customer issues related to file formatting, data delivery, and payments detailEvaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirementsReview and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet-based solutionsPresent recommendations for resolving business problemsExercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedulesProvide information about communication between business and technology teamsWork with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document resultsRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience in technology support rolesAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasKnowledge of EDI - Electronic Data InterchangeExperience with online bill payment processing or lockbox processing (ACH, Wire, etc)Knowledge of instant payment processes (Venmo, Zelle, etc)Experience supporting Mainframe applications such as HoganKnowledge of file formats (IDOC, JSON, NACHA, HTML, etc)Experience in operational support Experience in production environmentsExperience with data analysis using SQL QueriesExperience researching and applying business knowledge to strategic plansCritical thinking skillsIntermediate verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsJob Expectations:
