Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting clinical and commercial product assembly. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $22.60/hr

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (overnights)

What's the Job?

Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products following established procedures Operate production equipment efficiently and accurately Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities Assist with in-process testing to confirm batches meet specifications Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization

What's Needed?

High school diploma with technical certification in laboratory operations and 3 years of laboratory experience, or an AS degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience, or a BS degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of laboratory experience Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Proficient in English, capable of reading, writing, analyzing charts, and performing basic arithmetic Proficiency in MS Excel is required
