Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician Helper to join our team. You will be responsible for pulling and running cable through ceiling tiles, installing low voltage cabling systems, and moving and organizing materials. The role requires the use of hand tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
ResponsibilitiesPull and run cables through ceiling tiles.Install low voltage cabling systems.Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Use hand tools for various tasks.Organize materials efficiently on-site.Essential Skills1+ years of experience using hand tools.1+ years of basic laborer experience in construction or similar environments.Experience in cable pulling, restaurant food service, janitorial, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with low voltage cabling is a plus.Entry-level candidates who are motivated and eager to learn a trade are encouraged to apply.Construction experience is ideal, but candidates from manufacturing or warehouse backgrounds are welcome.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position involves working on vacant sites without live wires. The role is based on the 1st shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, across various commercial construction sites, industrial facilities, and existing commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, and data centers. Candidates must be open to commuting within the greater Nashville area, including Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Madison, and more. Initial reporting will be at the office, followed by direct job site assignments. Flexibility for overtime and commuting within 50 miles of Nashville is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
