We are seeking a skilled Technician with expertise in manufacturing and electromechanical systems. The role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical products, and training team members to enhance product quality and reliability. Responsibilities
+ Assemble and test electromechanical products following detailed work instructions.
+ Troubleshoot small electromechanical products and processes, as well as test equipment.
+ Interpret and develop production documents, including engineering prints, schematics, work instructions, and checklists.
+ Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes, supporting all safety and quality initiatives such as 5S, ESD, and FOD.
+ Support process improvements and perform other related duties as required.
Essential Skills
+ Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant technical degree.
+ 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with electromechanical products, mechanical assembly, and industrial panel wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems is preferred.
+ Proficiency in Solidworks, electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and assembly procedures.
Work Environment
This position is within a fast-paced, clean manufacturing facility. The typical work hours are from 7am to 4pm, with overtime required at times. A 30-minute lunch break and small breaks throughout the day are provided. The company offers catered lunches daily and is located in a region where the robotics industry is expanding, presenting growth opportunities for employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PITTSBURGH, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
