We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical products, while contributing to the development of high-quality, reliable product offerings. This role includes training team members, developing work instructions, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electromechanical products while following work instructions meticulously.Troubleshoot small electromechanical products and test equipment.Interpret engineering prints and schematics accurately.Develop and interpret production documents such as work instructions and checklists.Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes.Support safety and quality initiatives including 5S, ESD, and FOD.Assist in process improvements.Perform other related duties as required.Essential SkillsAssociate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant technical degree.1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with electromechanical products.Mechanical assembly experience.Industrial panel wiring.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems is preferred.Familiarity with Solidworks.Ability to troubleshoot, test, and assemble using schematics and work instructions.Candidates from defense or medical device industries are welcome.Current students who can work part or full time on contract are also considered.Work Environment

This position is based in a clean and fast-paced manufacturing facility, operating from 7am to 4pm with occasional overtime required. Employees enjoy a 30-minute lunch break along with small breaks throughout the day. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PITTSBURGH, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
