Job Title: TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technician who will play a vital role in the assembly and inspection of products at various stages, from components to final assembly. The ideal candidate will work closely with prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, or other specifications while adhering to established assembly procedures and standard work.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, wind, clean, install, assemble, rework, calibrate, test, solder, and inspect products at different assembly stages from components to final assembly.Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, machines, and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions to support production goals.Produce set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical and statistical knowledge.Count, sort, label, and package assembled materials, with the ability to disassemble, re-work, and test when necessary.Participate in continuous improvement processes and DBS procedures based on assigned levels.Essential SkillsProficient in troubleshooting electronics and electrical systems.Expertise in calibration, soldering, repair, and instrumentation.Mechanically inclined with a basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use standard hand tools, including torque wrenches.Experience operating machines and control panels.Understanding of basic metrology concepts preferred, including ISO standards.Good written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates in Science with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or another technical discipline.Experience troubleshooting electronic test equipment.Six months experience using automated test systems.Knowledge of thermal imaging, infrared devices, acoustic imaging devices, and pressure devices.Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and operate overhead hoists and rigging.Proven problem-solving skills.Meticulous, good attitude, and works well in a team setting.Good work ethic and willingness to learn and succeed.Work Environment

The work environment offers flexibility with shifts starting at 7am for training. Post-training, the candidate may choose to maintain the 7am start or switch to a 5am start. Work schedule options include either 4/10-hour days or 5/8-hour days.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
