Jouw technische expertise in actie

Als onze nieuwe collega word je de spil in het technisch beheer van moderne faciliteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect functioneert door service-aanvragen van bewoners en gebruikers professioneel op te volgen en storingen snel op te lossen. Van gepland onderhoud tot acute reparaties - jij houdt alles draaiende binnen de afgesproken service levels.

Dagelijkse uitdagingen die jou energiek maken

Bedienen en onderhouden van kritieke assets en BMI-systemen tijdens planmatig onderhoud en bij storingenUitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het nauwkeurig registreren van bevindingen in ons Corrigo en/of Maximo-systeemDirect oplossen van meldingen en storingen, waarbij je zelfstandig werkt binnen duidelijke KPI'sCoördineren van externe specialisten wanneer complexere werkzaamheden nodig zijnBegeleiden en controleren van subcontractors bij onderhoudsprojectenBeheren van het geavanceerde gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) en adequaat reageren op alle meldingen
