Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical skills, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Location:** 1300 N Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224 **Contract:** 12 months (contract to hire) **Shift:** 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night/weekend coverage required) **About the Role:** Join Electronics as an Entry-Level Technician on our MEGASYS team in Chandler, AZ. This is a hands-on, physically active role supporting gas and chemical systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You’ll be part of a team that ensures the safe and efficient delivery of critical materials used in chip production. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain chemical, gas, and slurry distribution systems + Perform container handling (drums, cylinders, totes, etc.) + Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment + Use computer systems to support operations and documentation + Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Physical Requirements:** + Walk 3–6 miles per shift + Lift 25–50 lbs + Climb ladders (up to 12 ft) using fall protection + Wear PPE including respirators, hard hats, gloves, and safety boots + Work in confined spaces and noisy environments (hearing protection required) **Shift Details:** + **12-hour shifts** on a rotating schedule: + Week A: 36 hours + Week B: 48 hours + **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM + **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM + Must be flexible to work both shifts, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED (required) + Military experience or technical training + Experience with gas/chemical delivery systems + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Proficiency in MS Office + 1+ year in warehouse or inventory control roles ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
