Job Title: Assembly and Installation Technician

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Optional Overtime: Fridays

Position Overview

We are hiring Assembly and Installation Technicians to join a fast-growing company specializing in Wi-Fi, electrical, medical, and satellite infrastructure. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with strong mechanical skills and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-impact environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and outfit various vehicles including trailers, vans, trucks, RVs, and specialty platformsInstall components such as generators, wire harnesses, switches, and hydraulic systemsConduct quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly processUse hand and power tools with accuracy and careRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, installation, or repairSkilled in crimping, harnessing, and point-to-point wiring (preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with toolsAbility to read and apply technical drawings and schematicsWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced settingOSHA certifications are a plusCareer Growth Opportunities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
