**Job Title: HVAC Technician** Job Description As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing HVAC units for the Homebuilder Division. You will communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. Your role involves installing flexible gas hoses on both propane and natural gas applications and implementing proper and safe procedures to check gas connections. During the summer months, you will service and rebuild used HVAC units, while in the winter months, you will focus on installing HVAC units. Mechanical inclination is essential for this role. Responsibilities + Deliver, install, and repair HVAC units for the Homebuilder Division. + Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. + Install flexible gas hoses on propane and natural gas applications. + Implement proper and safe procedures to check gas connections. + Service and rebuild used HVAC units during the summer months. + Install HVAC units during the winter months. + Collaborate with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment. Essential Skills + HVAC service and troubleshooting experience. + Mechanical repair and installation skills. + Electrical maintenance skills. + EPA certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Hands-on experience in HVAC or mechanical aptitude. + Experience with hand tools. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. + Basic electrical experience preferred (willing to train). + Ability to lift 88 lbs.
