Job Title: Demolition Technician
Location: Arvada, Colorado (Contract to Hire)
Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Construction/Demolition Technician to join our growing team and support a high-impact environmental project in Boulder. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys operating heavy equipment, and takes pride in contributing to meaningful work that protects communities and restores environments.
What You’ll Do
As a Construction Technician, you’ll play a vital role in site preparation and environmental cleanup efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Removing concrete and excavating soilLoading materials into roll-off binsOperating mini excavators, skid steers, and loadersSupporting emergency response teams across the Denver Metro areaAssisting with facility remediation and hazardous waste cleanupDecontaminating equipment and preparing waste for disposalResponding to environmental spills using specialized equipment like Vac trucksDocumenting daily activities, materials used, and equipment operatedWorking under supervision with advanced tools and safety protocolsWhat You Bring

Monday through Friday, starting each day at our Arvada shopTeam-based travel to job sitesOccasional short-term travel outside the area may be requiredPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
