**Job Title: Technician** Job Description Join a trusted restoration team that assists clients in recovering from fire, water, and mold damage by handling and restoring their personal belongings. Responsibilities + Pack, clean, and store contents from properties. + Identify and document damaged items. + Operate cleaning equipment and repackage restored items. + Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety. + Drive company vehicle to client sites and assist with setup. + Communicate professionally with clients and team leads. + Manage intake and inventory in a stationary position at the shop. + Conduct cleaning, restoration, drying, and deodorizing. + Handle repackaging and storage, along with documentation and communication. Essential Skills + Proficiency in cleaning and janitorial tasks. + Ability to lift boxes and engage in general labor. + Experience in construction and heavy lifting. + Ability to stand for long periods and work on ladders. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. + Smartphone usage for documentation and communication. + Professional demeanor and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willingness to learn and grow within the company. + Bilingual abilities are a plus. + Willingness to travel for out-of-state work (e.g., floods, hurricanes). Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, continuing until the job is completed, typically between 3:30 PM and 5 PM. The environment includes a large warehouse floor and commercial properties, with a 90-day pay review. Dress code is casual and comfortable for labor-intensive tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
