**Job Title:** Construction Laborer **Location:** Arvada, Colorado **Job Type:** Contract to Hire **About the Opportunity** We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to support a variety of environmental projects across the Denver Metro area. This role plays a vital part in protecting communities and the environment by assisting with emergency response, site remediation, and fixed facility operations. If you take pride in hands-on work and want to contribute to meaningful projects, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. **What You’ll Do** + Assist in the decontamination of equipment and work sites affected by hazardous materials + Safely prepare and package hazardous waste for transport and disposal + Respond to environmental emergencies, including chemical spills and contamination events + Support remediation efforts in compliance with safety and environmental regulations + Operate construction and cleanup equipment under supervision + Maintain accurate daily reports documenting work performed, materials used, and equipment operated **What You Bring** **Required:** + 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or outdoor work + Familiarity with operating equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators + Reliable transportation to our Arvada shop + High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred:** + Experience in environmental services or hazardous material handling + Understanding of safety protocols in remediation or construction environments **Work Schedule & Conditions** + Monday through Friday schedule + Daily start at our Arvada location, with transportation provided to job sites + Occasional short-term travel may be required for out-of-town projects **Why Work With Us** Join the global leader in insurance restoration and environmental response, with operations in over 30 countries.
