Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. Due to export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The role includes working across various departments, each with unique responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesStructural assembly and electrical compactors in the Final Integration department, including torquing bolts, using micrometers, harnessing, checking pins, moving satellites, and handling materials.Assembly, shipping, rigging with cranes, and transporting materials using pallet jacks and a riding \"lindy\".Splicing fiber optic cables, cable handling, sub installation of components, reading schematics, and applying decals or stickers in the Panel Lines department.Lifting up to 35 lbs and installing sub-assemblies.Mechanical, torquing, and electrical testing in the Mechanisms department, adhering to aerospace specs and standards.Handling materials with foam protection and assembling PCBA following diagrams in the Mixed Model Assembly department.Using torque wrenches and work instructions in a manufacturing environment, ideally with aerospace experience.Mechanical assembly and procedural compliance in the Solar department, including non-conformance reporting.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace.Ability to follow visual and written instructions.Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics.Mechanical aptitude with the use of torque wrenches and basic hand tools.Computer savvy, particularly with SAP.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in automotive manufacturing, construction, or medical device manufacturing is considered valuable.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
