**Job Title: Skilled Laborer for Construction Trailer Refurbishing** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled laborers to assist in the refurbishing of construction trailers. You will be responsible for removing and replacing doors, windows, flooring, siding, and cabinets using hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform duties essential to setting up units, including anchoring, block and leveling, interior and exterior seaming, VAPS installation, and the installation of steps, canopies, and ramps. + Install and remove skirting as required, as well as exterior siding. + Complete tasks necessary for the knock-down of buildings, including building shipping walls, securing exterior walls, separating buildings, disconnecting all utility and mate-line crossovers, and securing all items for shipment. + Clean the site and remove all installations such as blocks, steps, anchors, ramps, abs pads, and steel piers. + Conduct service work for customer units on the road, including electrical and plumbing work. + Complete Work Orders and Service Orders using the Field Service Application. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Comfortable with hand and basic power tools. + Familiarity with electricity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electrical, carpentry, or maintenance. + Knowledge of drywall, flooring, and installation. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity allows you to enter a construction-minded company and gain various skills.
