**Job Title: Water Technician**
**Job Description**
The company is seeking a dedicated and career-minded Water Technician to join our team. This role is critical in supporting emergency services and property mitigation efforts before demolition. You will work on larger properties, follow direction from lead technicians, and ensure timely and effective restoration services.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verify previous day’s hours and submit timesheets each morning.
+ Receive and review new job leads daily.
+ Prepare truck with necessary equipment and supplies before departure.
+ Arrive at job sites by 8:00 AM (office start at 7:00 AM).
+ Perform remediation and mitigation tasks including setting up containment areas, wearing protective suits and masks, packing out and cleaning affected areas, and conducting drying and testing procedures.

**Work Environment**
The work environment involves commercial properties where you will perform tasks wearing protective suits and masks. The job requires starting at the office by 7:00 AM and arriving at job sites by 8:00 AM. The position involves using hand tools and engaging in construction and mitigation activities.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
