Technician – Contract to Hire (2 Openings)

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM (Overtime as required)

Pay Rate:$19.00 – $23.00/hour

Duration:6 months

Work Environment:On-site, hands-on restoration and mitigation work

Position Overview

Join a dynamic mitigation team focused on restoring homes and businesses affected by water, fire, or storm damage. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a passion for helping others. Technicians will work closely with experienced leads and have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles within 6–12 months.

Candidates will meet with the hiring supervisor for a 45-minute interview covering experience and behavioral questions. A second meeting with a team lead may be included.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
