Job Description
As a Construction Technician, you will be responsible for reading construction design requirements to build trusses and wood panels in a yard setting. You will pick, stage, and cut lumber, as well as build components using hand and power tools. Instructions are displayed on TVs throughout the shop area, eliminating the need to hold or read physical paper blueprints.

Work Environment
Work in a shop/yard environment with 51 current employees. Each building hosts 8-10 crew members per shift. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Dress code requires construction attire, including work pants, sweatshirt, gloves, and steel toe/carbon toe shoes, which are weather-dependent.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
