**Job Title: Technician**
**Job Description**
The technician will be responsible for installing and assembling office furniture and appliances, building and setting up cubicles and office spaces, disassembling, moving, and reinstalling existing furniture, as well as adjusting desk set-ups and moving office furniture and equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and assemble office furniture and appliances.
+ Build and set up cubicles and office spaces.
+ Disassemble, move, and reinstall existing furniture.
+ Adjust desk set-ups and move office furniture and equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to use hand and power tools to build and assemble furniture.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Valid and clean state-issued driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction and contracting.
+ Skills in furniture assembly and installation.
+ Knowledge of using hand tools and power tools.

**Work Environment**
The work environment involves a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This role may require the use of various hand and power tools, and adherence to safety standards is paramount.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Rochester, New York.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
