**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** Join a company specializing in Drywall, Plastering, EIFs, Fireproofing, Painting, and Wall Coverings as a Technician. You will work with a variety of equipment used by field teams daily, including electric and rough terrain scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, gas/diesel vehicles, plaster/paint pumps, and more. You will primarily work in the shop, with occasional fieldwork to repair lifts. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repairs on electric and rough terrain scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, gas/diesel vehicles, plaster/paint pumps, and additional equipment. + Work primarily in the shop (80%) and occasionally in the field (20%) to repair one of the 175 lifts. + Conduct minor maintenance on fleet trucks when not working on equipment. + Collaborate with a small team of 2-3 mechanics in the shop. + Pass an MVR and maintain a clean driving record. + Drive company vehicles to job sites after hire. **Essential Skills** + Equipment mechanic experience, ideally. + Comfortable with a mix of shop and field work. + Electrical experience (110, 220, 3 phase). + Experience in automotive or diesel repair. + Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. + Knowledge of hydraulics and field service. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. + 1-2 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment; or trade school graduate. + Knowledge of construction equipment and basic understanding of schematics and diagrams. + Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs. + CDL is a nice to have but not mandatory. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy paid holidays and 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year of employment. Standard hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
