**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** The Technician will serve as a firewatch for an Oil and Gas compressor station construction project. This role involves monitoring the safety of the site and ensuring that potential hazards are identified promptly. The Technician will be responsible for signing personnel in and out of the job site, maintaining a keen focus on site safety and detail. **Responsibilities** + Monitor the safety of the construction site. + Identify and ensure potential hazards are addressed promptly. + Sign personnel in and out of the job site. + Communicate effectively with the team to ensure safety protocols are followed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in overseeing and maintaining safety at job sites. + Ability to communicate effectively with a team. + Attention to detail and proficiency in monitoring site safety. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior construction experience. + Proficiency with reporting tools and firewatch procedures. + Experience as a spotter and general laborer. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers the chance to be part of a dedicated and hardworking team in the Oil and Gas industry. Candidates must be willing to work at least 6 days per week, with 10-hour shifts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
