Job Description

We are seeking dedicated technicians to join various departments within our manufacturing facility. Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a us citizen or national, us permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. ResponsibilitiesPerform structural assembly and electrical compacting.Torque bolts and utilize micrometers for precision tasks.Handle and harness cables, including fiber optic splicing.Conduct sub-installation of components and read schematics.Apply decals or stickers and lift materials up to 35 lbs.Transport materials using pallet jacks and cranes.Conduct mechanical and electrical testing in compliance with aerospace standards.Engage in PCBA assembly and follow detailed diagrams.Adhere to procedural compliance and report non-conformance issues.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and assembly experience.Proficiency with torque wrenches and hand tools.Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.Competency in computer systems such as SAP.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace.Experience in automotive, construction, or medical device manufacturing is a plus.Ability to follow basic work instructions and maintain focus on quality.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
